Automated Livestock Driver Settlements

Every Friday, WebRun opens M2X, reads the week's completed trips, calculates each driver's settlement from loaded head and the agreed per-head or per-mile rate, writes a settlement line to a Google Sheet, and drafts a statement email for payroll to review and send.

In short

How do I automatically generate driver settlements from loaded head per trip?

Every Friday WebRun opens M2X, reads the week's completed trips, and calculates each driver's settlement from loaded head and the agreed per-head or per-mile rate. It writes a per-trip line to a Google Sheet with weekly totals and drafts a settlement statement in Gmail for payroll to review and approve, so pay runs stay accurate and reviewed.

  • Each week's settlements are calculated from loaded head, not rebuilt by hand
  • Trips missing a rate are flagged before anyone is paid
  • Payroll approves ready statements instead of drafting them

Built for livestock haulers · cattle transporters · hauling payroll staff · fleet owners

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.m2xgroup.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
M2X - read completed trips and loaded head
    m2xgroup.com

    • Read the loaded head, miles, animal type, and the agreed rate for each trip
    • Apply the per-head or per-mile rate from the rating agreement to each trip
    • Note any trip missing a rate or delivery confirmation for review

Done when Every completed trip has a calculated settlement amount from loaded head and the agreed rate.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - calculate the settlement per driver
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: calculate the settlement per driver
WebRun opens Google Sheets to calculate the settlement per driver.
    • Open the Driver Settlement sheet for the week

    • Total each driver's settlement for the week
    • Flag any trip with a missing rate or unconfirmed delivery in a review column

  4. 3
Gmail - draft the settlement statement
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: draft the settlement statement
WebRun opens Gmail to draft the settlement statement.
    • Draft a settlement statement email to each driver summarising their trips and total
    • Attach or paste the driver's settlement lines from the sheet
    • Leave every statement unsent for payroll to review and approve. Do not send a settlement automatically

Done when A Gmail draft settlement statement exists for each driver, awaiting payroll approval.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it send settlement statements or pay drivers on its own?

No. WebRun calculates the settlement and drafts each statement in Gmail, then leaves it unsent for payroll to review and approve. Nothing is paid and no statement goes out without human approval.

How is each settlement calculated?

It reads the loaded head, miles, and the agreed per-head or per-mile rate for each completed trip in M2X, then applies that rate to produce the amount, exactly as your rating agreement defines it.

What if a trip is missing a rate or a delivery confirmation?

It flags that trip in a review column on the Google Sheet rather than guessing an amount, so payroll can fix the rate or confirm the delivery before the statement is approved.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
