Keep a clean record of every mortality and downer on a load
Every few minutes, WebRun opens M2X, finds loads where a driver has logged a mortality or downer animal, saves the attached photos into a dated Google Drive folder, and records the incident details in a Google Sheet so welfare, claims, and the office have one clean record.

Questions, answered
Does it report the incident to anyone outside the company?
No. WebRun only files the photos to your Google Drive and records the incident in your Google Sheet. Nothing is sent to a customer, insurer, or authority, so the record is kept internally for your team to act on.
Where do the incident photos come from?
They come from the M2X driver app, where drivers attach photos to a load when they log a mortality or downer animal. WebRun saves those attachments into a dated Google Drive folder linked from the log.
Will the same incident be filed more than once?
No. WebRun skips loads it has already recorded, so each mortality or downer is filed and logged a single time even though it checks for new notes every few minutes.
