In short

How do I automatically welcome new laundry customers after their first order?

WebRun checks Cents every morning for customers who completed their very first order the day before, drafts a personalised welcome email with a return-visit offer in Mailchimp, and posts a new-customer summary to Slack. No email is sent until you approve it, ensuring every welcome message is on-brand and accurate.

  • Every first-time customer gets a personalised welcome within 24 hours of their order
  • Return-visit offers are consistently included without manual drafting
  • Marketing opt-outs are respected automatically, protecting your sender reputation

Built for laundromats · wash-dry-fold services · dry cleaners · laundry pickup and delivery operators

Questions, answered

Will it email new customers automatically?

No. Every welcome email is saved as a Mailchimp draft. WebRun never sends a campaign without your explicit approval.

What if a customer opted out of marketing?

It checks each customer's communication preferences in Cents before drafting. Opted-out customers are excluded and no draft is created for them.

Can the welcome offer be customised?

Yes. Set your preferred offer text (for example, a percentage discount or a free add-on) once during setup and WebRun will include it in every welcome draft.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
