In short

How do I automatically follow up on failed laundry payments?

WebRun checks Cents every morning for orders with failed or declined payments, drafts a polite recovery email for each affected customer in Gmail, and posts a balance summary to Slack. No message reaches a customer until you approve it, so every outreach is reviewed and on-brand before it goes out.

  • Failed payments are caught and actioned the same morning they appear
  • No recovery message reaches a customer without your approval
  • Staff spend zero time manually identifying and chasing failed transactions

Built for laundromats · wash-dry-fold services · dry cleaners · laundry pickup and delivery operators

Questions, answered

Will it email customers about failed payments automatically?

No. WebRun drafts every recovery message and saves it to Gmail Drafts. You review and send each one. Nothing goes to a customer without your approval.

What if a customer has already paid by the time the run fires?

It reads the live payment status in Cents each morning, so any order that has since been settled is automatically skipped.

Can it chase the same customer multiple times?

It checks whether a recovery message was already sent this week before drafting a new one, so customers are not chased twice in the same period.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
