Automated Latenode Credential Health Alerts

Every morning, WebRun opens Latenode, checks the status of every connected account and API credential powering your scenarios, logs each one's health to Airtable, and emails the workflow owner a warning as soon as a connection starts failing or needs reauthorizing.

In short

How do I catch a broken Latenode connection before it breaks a workflow?

WebRun checks every connected account and API credential in Latenode each morning, logs the health of each to Airtable, and emails the workflow owner as soon as one starts failing or needs reauthorizing. Scenarios stop breaking silently on an expired token, because someone gets warned the same day it starts failing.

  • Failing connections get caught the same morning they break
  • Every credential's health is logged for reference in Airtable
  • Dependent scenarios are named so the fix targets the right workflow

Questions, answered

Will it reauthorize a broken connection for me?

No. WebRun only reports which connection is failing and which scenarios depend on it. Reauthorizing stays a manual step for security.

Does it read the credential values themselves?

No. It only reads the connection status Latenode already shows, not any API key, token, or password.

How much warning do we get?

It checks every morning, so a failing connection is caught and emailed the same day, before it silently breaks a dependent scenario.
