How do I automatically track multi-attempt undelivered parcels in Onfleet?
WebRun scans Onfleet every morning for parcels that have failed delivery two or more times, ranks them by days outstanding, and upserts a record for each into Airtable. Ops teams start the day with a clear, prioritized worklist of their hardest-to-deliver stops, ready to assign reattempts or escalate to customer contact.
- Multi-attempt failures surface in Airtable automatically - no manual Onfleet audit
- Oldest parcels ranked first so ops knows exactly where to focus

Questions, answered
Will it contact the recipient about the failed attempts automatically?
No. Any recipient-facing message is drafted and queued for a human to approve before sending. The Airtable worklist is an internal ops tool only, so your team decides when and how to reach out to the recipient.
What happens when a parcel is eventually delivered?
The next morning run reads the live Onfleet status. If the task is now marked complete, the Airtable record is updated to reflect the resolved status so it moves out of the active worklist automatically.
How many failed attempts does it take before a parcel appears on the list?
The default threshold is two failed attempts, which you can adjust in the WebRun workflow settings. Some operators prefer to catch parcels after just one failure for time-sensitive shipments.
