Automated Onfleet Driver Onboarding Doc Chaser

Every Monday, WebRun opens Onfleet, identifies drivers added in the past week, cross-references a Google Sheet checklist of required documents such as license, insurance, and vehicle registration, and posts a Slack list of who is still missing what so your coordinator can chase before first dispatch.

In short

How do I automatically track missing documents for new delivery drivers?

WebRun checks Onfleet every Monday for drivers added in the past week, cross-references a Google Sheet document checklist, and posts a gap list to Slack showing exactly what each new driver is still missing. Fleet coordinators get a clear action list before the week starts, so no driver dispatches without full compliance.

  • No driver dispatches before required documents are on file
  • Fleet coordinators get a Monday morning action list automatically
  • Document gaps close faster with a clear per-driver chase list

Built for last mile delivery operators · courier fleet managers · logistics coordinators · food delivery platforms

Questions, answered

Will it send a reminder to the driver directly?

No. Any message to the driver is drafted for your coordinator to review and send. Only the internal Slack chase list is posted automatically, so a human decides how to contact the driver.

What documents does it check for?

It checks against whatever categories you define in the Google Sheet, such as driver license, vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and background check consent. You control the checklist.

What if a driver submits documents mid-week?

The next Monday run re-reads the Google Sheet, so any driver who submitted documents during the week will be cleared automatically and drop off the chase list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
