Questions, answered

Does this share any data outside the company?

No. The weekly revenue report is entirely internal. It posts to your Slack leadership channel and updates your private Google Sheets dashboard. No client names, revenue figures, or job data are shared externally.

Can it compare this week's revenue to the same week last year?

Yes. Once the Google Sheets dashboard has a full year of data, WebRun can include a year-over-year comparison in the Slack summary alongside the week-over-week change.

What if Aspire does not have all jobs marked as complete by Monday morning?

WebRun pulls whatever is marked complete as of the run time. Jobs closed after the run appear in the following week's report. You can also run the report manually on demand to capture late closings.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
