Automated Landscaping Estimate Follow-Up

Every morning, WebRun opens Yardbook, finds every estimate sent more than three days ago that has no reply, drafts a short follow-up email for each prospect, and posts a pipeline summary to Slack so your team can review and send before the lead goes cold.

In short

How do I automatically follow up on landscaping estimates that haven't been answered?

WebRun opens Yardbook every morning, finds every estimate sent more than three days ago with no reply, and drafts a polite follow-up email in Gmail for each prospect. A Slack summary highlights the highest-value open quotes, and no message sends until your estimator approves it.

  • No open estimate sits ignored for more than three days before a follow-up is staged
  • Highest-value quotes are surfaced first so estimators focus on the biggest wins
  • Win rates improve because timely follow-up reaches prospects before they hire a competitor

Questions, answered

Will it send follow-ups to prospects without my review?

No. Every follow-up is saved as a Gmail draft and flagged in Slack. Your estimator reviews each message before it sends, ensuring the tone and details are right for that prospect.

How does it avoid following up on estimates that already got a response?

WebRun reads the live estimate status in Yardbook on each run. Any estimate that has been accepted, declined, or invoiced is skipped automatically.

Can it follow up more than once on the same estimate?

Yes. You can configure a second follow-up touchpoint for estimates still open after a further 7 days, creating a two-step cadence without sending anything automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
