Automated Lactation Coverage Checks

Every morning, WebRun opens MilkNotes, reads the insurance details on each client booked in the coming days, records the plan, member ID presence, and known lactation reimbursement notes in a Google Sheet, and posts an internal Slack worklist of any family missing coverage information so you can sort it out before the visit rather than after.

In short

How do I automatically check lactation insurance coverage before visits?

WebRun helps you know each family's lactation coverage before the visit. Every morning it reads upcoming clients' insurance details in MilkNotes, records the plan and reimbursement notes in a Google Sheet, and posts an internal Slack worklist of anyone missing coverage information, so your team resolves gaps before the appointment rather than after.

  • Coverage gaps surface before the visit, not at checkout
  • Every upcoming client has a plan and readiness note in one sheet
  • No insurer is contacted and no claim is filed without your team

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it contact insurers or parents directly?

No. It only reads coverage details already in MilkNotes and organizes them into a Google Sheet and an internal Slack worklist. It never calls an insurer, submits a claim, or messages a family on its own.

Is it safe to post coverage details in Slack?

The Slack worklist stays internal to your team and names only what is missing, such as a member ID or a benefits check. It is a staff to-do list, not a channel where protected health information is shared externally.

Can it confirm exactly what a plan will pay?

No. It surfaces what your records show and flags gaps for your team to verify with the insurer. It does not guarantee benefits, since only the payer can confirm the final reimbursement for a lactation visit.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
