Automated Ko-fi Weekly Supporter Scorecard

Every Monday, WebRun opens your Ko-fi page, pulls last week's one-time support, new membership signups, and shop sales, writes a scorecard page to Notion comparing it against the week before, and appends a row to a Google Sheets trend log so you can see how support is growing over time.

In short

How do I get a weekly Ko-fi supporter and sales scorecard?

WebRun opens your Ko-fi page every Monday, pulls last week's one-time support, new memberships, and shop sales, and writes a Notion scorecard comparing it to the week before. It also logs a row to a Google Sheets trend, so you can see how support is growing, or shrinking, over months.

  • Weekly support numbers are logged without anyone building a report by hand
  • Membership growth or churn is visible at a glance every Monday
  • A running trend builds automatically week over week

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens ko-fi.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Ko-fi - pull last week's support and sales
    • Open your Ko-fi page and pull one-time support from the last 7 days
    • Check new membership signups and cancellations for the same period
    • Note any shop sales from the week

Done when Last week's support, memberships, and shop sales are captured.

  3. 2
Notion - write the weekly scorecard
    notion.so
WebRun in Notion: write the weekly scorecard
WebRun opens Notion to write the weekly scorecard.
    • Create this week's scorecard page with the headline numbers
    • Note the week over week change for each figure
    • Highlight if membership cancellations outpaced new signups

Done when This week's Notion scorecard page is published.

  4. 3
Google Sheets - log the trend
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: log the trend
WebRun opens Google Sheets to log the trend.
    • Append a row with the week's date, support total, new members, and shop sales
    • Keep one row per week so the trend builds automatically
    • Recalculate the week over week change column

Done when The trend sheet has a fresh row for this week.

Questions, answered

Will it thank supporters or post updates for me?

No. WebRun only reports the numbers. Thanking supporters or posting updates is still something you do yourself on Ko-fi.

What counts as a membership cancellation?

Any recurring membership Ko-fi shows as ended during the week, tracked separately from new signups so you see the net change clearly.

Can I see how support trends over months?

Yes. Each week adds one row to the same Google Sheet, so you get a running trend line without rebuilding a report.
