No. WebRun reads messages and moves them into folders you have set up. It never deletes, replies, forwards, or marks anything as spam, so the mailbox owner keeps a complete record.
Are the files themselves copied anywhere?
No. WebRun records the file name, type, sender, and date, and says which folder the message sits in. Uploads are blocked by policy, so the attachment itself never leaves the mailbox.
Who can see the document list?
Only the private Microsoft Teams channel you nominate and the Airtable base you own. Nothing is posted publicly and no attachment is attached to the message.
