Automated Jooble Job Post Performance Report

Every Monday, WebRun signs in to your Jooble employer account, reads the views and applications each live job post received last week, posts a ranked scorecard to your Slack recruiting channel, and texts the recruiter about roles that are live but drew no applications at all.

In short

How do I tell which job adverts are not attracting applicants?

WebRun scores your Jooble job posts every Monday. It reads the views and applications each live role drew last week, posts a ranked scorecard to your Slack recruiting channel with the weakest roles first, and texts the recruiter about any listing that has run a full week with no applications.

  • Roles that draw views but no applications get rewritten in week one
  • Posts about to expire are flagged before the listing lapses
  • The recruiter only gets a text when a role is genuinely dead

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens jooble.org in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
    Jooble - read post performance
    jooble.org
WebRun in Jooble: read post performance
WebRun opens Jooble to read post performance.
    • Sign in to your Jooble employer account and open the list of live job posts
    • For each post capture views and applications received in the last 7 days
    • Note how many days the post has been live and when it expires
    • Rank the roles by applications per view so a well seen but ignored post is obvious

Done when Every live job post has last week's views, applications, and days live.

  3. 2
    Slack - post the scorecard
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post the scorecard
WebRun opens Slack to post the scorecard.
    • Post the weekly scorecard to your recruiting channel in Slack
    • Show each role with views, applications, and the change on last week
    • Put the weakest performers at the top with the number of days they have been live
    • Flag posts expiring within seven days so a decision gets made before they lapse

Done when The recruiting channel has this week's job post scorecard.

  4. 3
Twilio - text on a dead listing
    twilio.com
WebRun in Twilio: text on a dead listing
WebRun opens Twilio to text on a dead listing.
    • Text the recruiter only when a live post received no applications in the last 7 days
    • Name the role, the days live, and the view count so far
    • Send to the internal recruiter number only. Never contact a candidate
    • Send nothing in weeks where every role drew at least one application

Done when The recruiter has been texted about any dead listing.

Questions, answered

Will it edit, repost, or pay to promote a job?

No. WebRun only reads the performance of your live posts. It never edits a job description, reposts an expired role, buys a promotion, or spends anything on your account.

Does it contact candidates?

No. The Twilio text goes to your own recruiter's number and the scorecard goes to a private Slack channel. WebRun never messages, rejects, or replies to an applicant.

What counts as a dead listing?

A post that has been live for at least a week and received zero applications in the last 7 days. You can raise the bar, for example fewer than three applications, so the alert matches the volume you expect.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
