In short

How do I keep track of job postings that are about to expire?

WebRun signs in to your JobKorea employer account every morning, lists postings closing within seven days with their view and application counts, and works out an application rate for each. It posts the extend, rewrite or close decision list to Microsoft Teams and pings you on Telegram about roles closing short of candidates.

  • No role quietly closes while you are still interviewing
  • Weak ads are spotted by application rate, not by gut feel
  • Every closing posting gets an owner and a decision

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.jobkorea.co.kr in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1

    • Sign in to your JobKorea employer account and open your active postings
    • Capture each posting's closing date, view count and number of applications received
    • Flag postings closing within 7 days and calculate applications per hundred views so weak ads stand out

Done when Every active posting has a closing date, a view count and an application rate.

  3. 2
Microsoft Teams - post the decision list
    microsoft.com
WebRun in Microsoft Teams: post the decision list

    • Post the decision list to your recruiting channel in Microsoft Teams
    • Show each closing posting with days left, views, applications and the application rate
    • Tag the owner of each role and ask for an extend, rewrite or close decision. WebRun never renews or edits a posting itself

Done when Every posting closing this week has an owner tagged and a decision requested.

  4. 3
Telegram - ping you about weak postings
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: ping you about weak postings
WebRun opens Telegram to ping you about weak postings.
    • Send a Telegram message only when a posting closes within 3 days and has too few applications to fill the role
    • Name the role, the days left and the application count
    • Keep quiet when every closing posting has a healthy pipeline

Done when You have been warned about any role about to close short of candidates.

Questions, answered

Will it repost or pay to extend a listing?

No. WebRun reads posting dates and performance and asks your team to decide. It never renews a posting, never buys an upgrade, never edits ad copy, and never enters payment details.

Does it message applicants?

No. It only reads counts, never candidate records, and posts to your own Teams channel and your Telegram. No applicant is contacted at any point.

How does it judge a weak posting?

It compares applications against views to get an application rate, so a role with plenty of views but almost no applications is flagged as an ad problem rather than a traffic problem.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
