In short

How do I automatically follow up with customers who have not collected their jewelry repairs?

WebRun checks The Edge every Monday for repairs that have been ready for more than seven days, drafts a polite follow-up notice for each customer in Gmail, and logs all uncollected items in Google Sheets. Every message is queued for staff approval before sending, freeing bench space and recovering outstanding balances without manual effort.

  • Uncollected repairs are flagged and followed up weekly without staff effort
  • Bench space is freed sooner, improving repair throughput
  • Outstanding balances are recovered faster with consistent follow-up

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it contact customers without my staff reviewing first?

No. Every follow-up notice is saved as a Gmail draft. Staff review and send each one, so no message reaches a customer without human approval.

What threshold counts as uncollected?

By default it flags repairs ready for more than seven days. You can change this threshold during setup to match your store's policy.

What about customers who collect their item between Monday runs?

It reads the live repair status in The Edge each run. Any repair that has been collected is already off the list and is not included in that week's draft.

Put this on autopilot.
