No. WebRun only detects and reports exceptions via Slack and SMS. Every corrective action, such as filing a response or requesting an extension, must be taken by the responsible attorney.
How does it avoid sending the same alert every hour for the same issue?
WebRun tracks which exceptions have already been alerted. It sends a new notification only when an exception first appears or when its severity classification worsens, not on every hourly scan.
What qualifies as a docket exception?
A docket exception is any action in Anaqua AQX whose due date has passed, any office action unacknowledged after 24 hours, or any active matter with no recorded activity in 45 days.
