Automated IR Charge Capture Sweep
Every evening, WebRun opens HI-IQ, reviews the prior day's completed interventional radiology cases, checks each for a captured procedure charge and for supply and device charges matching what was scanned, logs any case with a missing or incomplete charge to a Google Sheet, and posts a charge-capture summary to Slack with the estimated revenue at risk.
How do I catch missing IR procedure charges every day?
WebRun opens HI-IQ every evening and sweeps the prior day's completed cases for a captured procedure charge and for supply and device charges matching what was scanned. It logs every gap to a Google Sheet with an estimated value and posts a Slack summary ranking the highest-value misses, so revenue is recovered before it ages out.
- Missing charges are caught the same night, not at month end
- The highest-value gaps are worked first from a ranked list
- Recurring charge gaps by physician or procedure become visible
Built for IR billing specialists · interventional radiology coders · IR revenue cycle managers · OBL practice administrators

1
HI-IQ - sweep completed cases for missing charges
WebRun opens HI-IQ to sweep completed cases for missing charges. - Open HI-IQ and pull the prior day's completed cases
- Check each case for a captured procedure charge and for supply and device charges matching the items scanned as used
- Flag cases with no procedure charge, a missing supply or device charge, or a case marked done but not yet passed to billing
- Capture the case, physician, procedure, and the specific charge that is missing
Done when Every completed case from the prior day is checked and each missing charge is identified by case and physician.
-
2
Google Sheets - log the charge-capture gaps
WebRun opens Google Sheets to log the charge-capture gaps. - Open the Charge Capture Sweep sheet and add a dated block
- Append one row per case with a gap, listing the physician, procedure, and the missing charge type
- Estimate the value of each missing charge and total the revenue at risk for the day
- Keep prior days so recurring gaps by physician or procedure type stand out
Done when The sweep sheet lists every case with a missing charge, its type, and a total revenue-at-risk figure.
-
3
Slack - post the revenue at risk
WebRun opens Slack to post the revenue at risk. - Post a summary to the IR revenue channel with the count of clean cases and cases with a missing charge
- List the highest-value gaps first with the case and procedure
- Show the total revenue at risk for the day and link to the full Google Sheet
Done when The revenue channel has the day's charge-capture summary with the gaps and total revenue at risk.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it post charges to billing automatically?
No. WebRun only finds the gaps and reports them. Your billing team reviews the Google Sheet and enters or corrects any charge inside your billing system, so nothing is submitted without a human.
How does it know a charge is missing?
It compares each completed case in HI-IQ against the captured procedure charge and the supply and device charges expected from the items scanned as used. A case with no procedure charge or an unbilled scanned item is flagged.
Does patient information leave HI-IQ?
No. The Google Sheet and Slack summary reference cases by case number, physician, and procedure, not patient identifiers, so the revenue review stays free of protected health information.
