Automated Angio Suite Turnover Reports

Every Monday, WebRun opens HI-IQ, reads the prior week's case-out and next-case-in timestamps for each angio suite, calculates turnover time between cases, logs every gap to a Google Sheet, and posts a Slack summary ranking the slowest rooms, days, and shifts so lost room time becomes visible.

In short

How do I measure angio suite turnover time each week?

WebRun opens HI-IQ every Monday and reads the prior week's case timestamps for each angio suite. It calculates turnover time between cases, logs every gap to a Google Sheet with per-room and per-day averages, and posts a Slack summary ranking the slowest rooms and days, so lost room time is measured instead of guessed.

  • Slow rooms and shifts are ranked every Monday instead of debated
  • A trend line of turnover builds week over week in one sheet
  • Outlier gaps far above target are called out for a closer look

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.hi-iq.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
    HI-IQ - read last week's case timestamps
    hi-iq.com
WebRun in HI-IQ: read last week's case timestamps
WebRun opens HI-IQ to read last week's case timestamps.
    • Open HI-IQ and pull completed cases from the prior week with their room, case-end, and next-case-start times
    • For each angio suite, calculate the gap between one case ending and the next case starting
    • Record the room, date, shift, and turnover minutes for every consecutive case pair
    • Note gaps that exceed your target turnover threshold

Done when Every consecutive case pair from last week has a calculated turnover time recorded with its room and date.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - log turnover time per room
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: log turnover time per room
WebRun opens Google Sheets to log turnover time per room.
    • Open the Angio Suite Turnover sheet and add a dated block for last week
    • Append one row per turnover gap with room, date, shift, and minutes
    • Add per-room and per-day average turnover, and mark rows over the target threshold
    • Keep prior weeks so the trend line is visible over time

Done when Last week's turnover data is appended, averaged by room and day, and thresholds are marked.

  4. 3
Slack - post the slowest rooms and days
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post the slowest rooms and days
WebRun opens Slack to post the slowest rooms and days.
    • Post a weekly summary to the IR operations channel with the average turnover across all suites
    • Rank the three slowest rooms and the three slowest days
    • Call out any single turnover gap far above the target and link to the full Google Sheet

Done when The operations channel has last week's turnover summary with the slowest rooms and days ranked.

Questions, answered

How is turnover time calculated?

It is the gap between one case ending and the next case starting in the same room, taken from the case timestamps HI-IQ already records. WebRun measures every consecutive case pair and averages by room and day.

Does this change anything in HI-IQ?

No. WebRun only reads the case timestamps. It writes the analysis to a Google Sheet and posts a Slack summary. Nothing in HI-IQ is edited or rescheduled.

Can it flag one bad day versus a real trend?

Yes. The Slack summary highlights outlier gaps far above target, while the Google Sheet keeps prior weeks so a one-off slow day is easy to tell apart from a room that is consistently slow.
