In short

How do I automatically generate a weekly intermodal on-time performance report by lane?

WebRun pulls last week's completed intermodal shipments from Rail Command every Monday, calculates on-time performance by lane and carrier, writes the results to Google Sheets, and posts a Slack summary with underperforming lanes highlighted, so your team can act on service trends before customers raise them.

  • Underperforming lanes are surfaced every Monday before customers escalate
  • On-time rates are tracked by lane and carrier week over week
  • The full team sees a Slack summary without logging into the TMS

Built for intermodal operations managers · freight performance analysts · carrier relations teams · supply chain directors

Questions, answered

What counts as on time for an intermodal shipment?

On time means the actual arrival date at the destination matches or precedes the scheduled delivery date recorded in Rail Command. Anything arriving after that date is counted as late.

Can I set the on-time threshold to something other than 90 percent?

Yes. The threshold is configurable, so you can set it to whatever level your service agreements require and the report will flag lanes below that bar.

Does it send the report to customers?

No. The report and Slack summary are internal only. If you need a customer-facing version, WebRun can draft one for your review before you send it.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
