Questions, answered

Will it send renewal requests to carriers without my approval?

No. Every renewal request is saved as a Gmail draft for you to review and send. Nothing goes to a carrier until you approve it.

What if a carrier has multiple certificates with different expiry dates?

Each certificate type is tracked as a separate row in the Google Sheets compliance log, so cargo liability, auto liability, and umbrella policies are each flagged independently when they approach their 30-day window.

How far in advance should I set the renewal window?

The default is 30 days, which gives most carriers enough lead time to process renewals. You can adjust the window to 60 or 90 days for carriers who require longer processing times.

Put this on autopilot.
