Automated Interia Poczta New Sender Alerts
Every few minutes, WebRun checks your Interia Poczta inbox for messages from senders who have never emailed you before, cross checks whether the same sender has reached you on Gmail, and logs the sender, subject, and time to an Airtable base so first contact never slips by.
How do I get alerted when someone new emails my Interia inbox?
WebRun checks your Interia Poczta inbox every few minutes for messages from senders who have never emailed you before, then cross checks whether that same address has reached you on Gmail. Every genuinely new contact gets logged to Airtable with the subject and time, so first contact never goes unnoticed.
- First time senders get flagged within minutes of arriving
- Every new contact is cross checked against Gmail before you decide
- A running Airtable log tracks who has reached you for the first time

Questions, answered
Does it reply to new senders automatically?
No. WebRun only reads and logs first time senders. It never replies, blocks, or deletes anything, and any reply stays a draft until you send it yourself.
How does it know a sender is new?
It checks whether that email address has reached you before in either Interia Poczta or Gmail, so someone who has only ever emailed your Gmail still counts as known.
What happens to the Airtable record after I reply?
It stays as a record of first contact. You can update or archive it yourself once you've decided how to handle the sender.
