In short

How do I send expiring-policy reminders to clients automatically?

Every morning, WebRun opens EZLynx and finds policies expiring inside 30 days, capturing each insured, carrier, and expiration date. It drafts a personalized renewal reminder per client in Gmail, leaves every message unsent for a producer to review, and posts a Slack list of drafts waiting, so no expiring policy goes unaddressed.

  • Every expiring policy gets a reminder drafted, not forgotten
  • Producers review and send in minutes, not from scratch
  • Renewal outreach goes out before the policy lapses

Built for independent insurance agencies · personal lines producers · account managers · retention teams

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

Questions, answered

Will it email my clients on its own?

No. Every reminder is saved as a Gmail draft and left unsent. A producer reviews and sends each one. WebRun finds the expiring policies and writes the drafts, but no client email goes out without a human.

How does it know which policies are expiring?

It reads each policy's expiration date in EZLynx and selects the ones falling inside your 30-day window, so only genuinely upcoming renewals get a reminder drafted.

Will the reminders sound personal?

Yes. Each draft uses the insured's name, line of business, carrier, and expiration date, so it reads like a personal note from their producer rather than a generic blast.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
