Every morning, WebRun opens HawkSoft, reviews open claims, captures each claim's status, carrier, adjuster, and last activity date, flags claims with no recent movement, logs them to a sheet, and posts your team a Slack digest of which claims to follow up today.

In short

How do I track open insurance claims status for my team automatically?

Every morning, WebRun reviews your open claims in HawkSoft, capturing each claim's status, carrier, adjuster, and last activity date. It flags claims with no recent movement, logs them to a Google Sheet ranked by aging, and posts your team a Slack digest, so claims that have gone quiet get a follow-up before clients chase you.

  • Stale claims surface every morning before clients call
  • Each claim shows status, adjuster, and days since movement
  • No open claim sits silent without a follow-up flag

Built for independent insurance agencies · claims handlers · account managers · agency service teams

Questions, answered

Will it contact carriers or adjusters on its own?

No. WebRun only reads open claims in HawkSoft and reports them. Calling the carrier, chasing the adjuster, or updating a claim stays with your team. It just surfaces which claims have gone quiet.

How does it find stale claims?

It reads each claim's last activity date in HawkSoft and flags any past your threshold, then ranks the digest so the claims with the longest silence sit at the top of the Slack post.

Does it include claim details for context?

Yes. Each entry carries the carrier, adjuster, claim number, status, and days since last movement, so whoever picks it up has what they need before reaching out.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
