FieldGroove Automated Set Reordering

Every morning, WebRun opens FieldGroove, tallies the spray-foam sets consumed on recent jobs, compares the remaining count against reorder points in a Google Sheet, drafts a purchase order email to your supplier in Gmail for any low set, and posts a short restock summary to Slack.

In short

How do I reorder spray-foam sets before they run out automatically?

WebRun keeps your spray-foam chemicals stocked. Each morning it opens FieldGroove, tallies open-cell and closed-cell sets used on recent jobs, compares the remaining count against reorder points in a Google Sheet, and drafts a supplier purchase order in Gmail for any low set. It posts a restock summary to Slack, so you reorder before a crew runs dry.

  • Low sets are flagged before a crew runs dry
  • Purchase orders are drafted, never sent without approval
  • Usage is converted from board-feet automatically

Built for insulation contractors · spray foam installers · operations managers · field-service teams

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

  5. 4
Slack - summarize what to restock
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: summarize what to restock

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it order chemicals from my supplier on its own?

No. WebRun drafts the purchase order email in Gmail and leaves it unsent for you to review. You confirm the quantities and send, so nothing is ordered without your approval.

How does it know how many sets a job used?

It reads the board-foot totals on completed FieldGroove jobs and converts them into open-cell and closed-cell sets, then subtracts that from your on-hand count in the sheet.

Can I set my own reorder points?

Yes. The reorder point and pack size for each chemistry live in your Google Sheet, so WebRun only flags a set type once it drops to the level you chose.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
