No. WebRun only flags what was substituted or missing. Reordering, if needed, is still up to the office manager.
What counts as a substitution?
Any item Instacart's shopper swapped for something different from what was ordered, or any item that was left out of the delivery entirely.
Do I get texted for every order, even a clean one?
No. Orders that arrive exactly as ordered only get a filed receipt in Drive. The text is reserved for orders with a substitution or a missing item.
