What counts as an incomplete order?
WebRun checks for the fields you configure as required, typically diagnosis code, clinical indication, and ordering provider NPI. Any order missing those fields is flagged for follow-up so your team can contact the referring office before scheduling.
Can it handle orders from multiple referring practices?
