Automated RamSoft Daily Schedule Digest
Every morning, WebRun opens RamSoft, compiles today's full imaging schedule by modality and time block, highlights any STAT orders or same-day adds, and posts a structured daily digest to the ops Slack channel so technologists and managers can plan coverage and capacity before the first patient arrives.
How do I automatically send a daily imaging schedule summary to my ops team each morning?
WebRun opens RamSoft each morning and compiles the full day's imaging schedule, grouping studies by modality, flagging STAT and contrast orders, and counting projected utilization. It then posts the structured digest to Slack so every technologist and manager sees the full picture before their shift starts, with no manual schedule-pulling required.
- Ops team and technologists see the full day before the first patient arrives
- STAT and contrast orders flagged at the top so staffing adjustments happen early
- Zero manual schedule-pulling or spreadsheet-building each morning

Questions, answered
Does it include patient names in the Slack digest?
No. The digest contains only modality counts, time blocks, and anonymized flags (STAT, contrast required). No patient names or protected health information appear in the Slack message.
Can it cover multiple locations?
Yes. If your RamSoft installation covers multiple imaging sites, you can run a separate digest for each location's schedule or combine them into a single multi-site summary.
What if the schedule changes after the digest is sent?
The digest reflects RamSoft data at the time of the morning run. You can add a midday refresh run if your volume of same-day additions or cancellations is high.
