Every morning, WebRun opens the iK Dashboard, pulls yesterday's payments made through your QR code specifically, logs the total and transaction count in Google Sheets next to your card and iK Pay Link totals, and posts a Slack update comparing QR code sales to the rest of your takings.

In short

How do I know how much my iKhokha QR code is actually selling?

Every morning, WebRun opens your iK Dashboard and pulls yesterday's payments made specifically through your QR code. It logs the total, transaction count, and average sale in Google Sheets next to your card and iK Pay Link totals, then posts a Slack update showing what share of yesterday's takings the QR code actually earned.

  • You see exactly what your QR code earns, not just a guess
  • A dropping QR code share gets flagged before you stop noticing it
  • Every payment channel is broken out side by side in one sheet

Built for cafes and restaurants · market stall traders · salons and service counters · small retailers

Questions, answered

How does it separate QR code sales from card machine sales?

iKhokha records the payment method for every transaction, so WebRun filters specifically for the ones made by scanning your QR code.

Why track the QR code separately at all?

A printed QR code costs you nothing to display but is easy to ignore. Tracking its share tells you whether it's earning its counter space or needs a better spot.

Does this include payment links too?

No, iK Pay Link sales are logged as their own separate channel, so the QR code figure only reflects scan-to-pay transactions.

Put this on autopilot.
