Automated iiNet Webmail Storage Review
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to your iiNet Webmail, checks how much of the mailbox storage is used, works out which folders and which old messages with large attachments are taking the most room, posts a shortlist to Microsoft Teams for a decision, and messages you on Telegram when the mailbox is close to full.
How do I stop my mailbox filling up and bouncing email?
WebRun signs in to your iiNet Webmail every Monday and measures how full the mailbox is, which folders hold the most, and which old messages carry the largest attachments. It posts a shortlist to Microsoft Teams and warns you on Telegram before a full mailbox starts bouncing incoming mail.
- A filling mailbox is caught before incoming mail bounces
- The biggest space users are named every week
- Nothing is deleted or moved without you doing it
Built for small business owners · home office users · office managers · IT support

1
iiNet Webmail - measure what is filling the mailbox
WebRun opens iiNet Webmail to measure what is filling the mailbox. - Sign in to your iiNet Webmail account and read the mailbox storage in use
- Go through the folders and record how much each holds
- List the oldest messages carrying large attachments, with sender, subject, date, and size
- Note how much sits in the spam and trash folders
- Change nothing: no message is moved, archived, or deleted
Done when Storage in use and the largest, oldest items are recorded, with nothing removed.
-
2
Microsoft Teams - post the cleanup shortlist
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the cleanup shortlist. - Post this week's storage picture to your Teams channel: total used, share used, and the change since last week
- List the top items that could be archived, largest first, with sender and date
- Show what spam and trash are holding, since those often free the most room
- Present it as a shortlist for you to action, not as work already done
Done when The channel has this week's storage picture and an archive shortlist.
-
3
Telegram - warn you when space runs low
WebRun opens Telegram to warn you when space runs low. - Message you when the mailbox passes the level you set, commonly 80 percent full
- Say how much room is left and how fast it has been filling over recent weeks
- Point at the single biggest folder so one decision frees the most space
Done when You are warned in time to clear space before mail starts bouncing.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it delete or archive my email?
No. WebRun never deletes, moves, or archives a message. It measures what is using the space and gives you a shortlist, and every removal is done by you.
Does it read the contents of my messages?
It reads only what it needs to build the list: sender, subject, date, folder, and attachment size. The body of your mail is not copied into the Teams post or the Telegram message.
When does it warn me?
When the mailbox passes the level you set, commonly 80 percent full. The warning includes how fast the mailbox has been filling, so you know whether you have weeks or days.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
