Questions, answered
Will it repost or pay to renew a listing?
No. WebRun reads your listings and tells you what is expiring. Renewing, reposting, editing, or paying for a listing is always done by a person inside Idealist.
Will it text people without approval?
No. Every message to a hiring lead is queued in Twilio and waits for your approval. WebRun drafts the wording and picks the recipient, and a human sends it.
Does it contact applicants?
No. Applicants are never messaged. WebRun only counts applications so you can see which roles are drawing interest before deciding whether to renew.
