In short

How do I get reminded before my job listings expire?

WebRun signs in to Idealist every morning and reads the end date on every live job, internship, and volunteer listing. It queues a text to the hiring lead in Twilio for you to approve and posts the expiry list to your recruiting Telegram chat, so no open role quietly drops off the board.

  • Expiring roles get a renew or close decision seven days out
  • Listings with zero applications are flagged before they are renewed
  • Nobody has to open Idealist to check end dates

Built for nonprofit recruiters · HR coordinators · volunteer managers · social impact organizations

Questions, answered

Will it repost or pay to renew a listing?

No. WebRun reads your listings and tells you what is expiring. Renewing, reposting, editing, or paying for a listing is always done by a person inside Idealist.

Will it text people without approval?

No. Every message to a hiring lead is queued in Twilio and waits for your approval. WebRun drafts the wording and picks the recipient, and a human sends it.

Does it contact applicants?

No. Applicants are never messaged. WebRun only counts applications so you can see which roles are drawing interest before deciding whether to renew.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
