Route your home visits before you head out
Every morning, WebRun opens CGM APRIMA, reads today's home visit list with each patient's address and visit type, orders the stops into a logical route with drive time buffers, blocks the route on Google Calendar, and posts the full run sheet to Slack before the provider leaves the office.

How do I automatically build a home visit route from CGM APRIMA each morning?
WebRun opens CGM APRIMA every morning, reads the day's home visit list with each patient's address and appointment window, and orders the stops into a route with drive time buffers on Google Calendar. It posts the full run sheet to Slack, so the provider leaves with a confirmed route, not a raw appointment list.
- Providers leave with a confirmed route instead of a raw appointment list
- Drive time buffers are calculated before the first visit, not during it
- Overlapping visit windows are flagged before the provider is on the road

Questions, answered
Will it contact patients to confirm visits automatically?
No. WebRun only builds the route and posts it internally to your provider and scheduler in Slack. Any patient confirmation call or text stays a task for your staff to make.
How does it decide the order of stops?
It orders stops by geography and each patient's scheduled appointment window, then adds a drive time buffer before every visit. Overlapping windows are flagged so the provider can resolve them before leaving.
What happens if a visit is added after the route is sent?
The next morning run picks up any new or rescheduled visit automatically. For a same day add on, the provider can still check CGM APRIMA directly, since the route reflects what was scheduled at run time.
