Automated Patient Satisfaction Surveys
Every morning, WebRun checks your visit log in Google Sheets for visits completed the previous day, drafts a short satisfaction survey text per patient via Twilio for coordinator approval, and when responses come in, posts any low score to Slack immediately so the care team can follow up before the issue escalates.
How do I automatically collect satisfaction surveys after home health visits?
WebRun checks your visit log each morning for visits completed the day before, drafts a short satisfaction survey text per patient via Twilio for coordinator approval, and posts any low-score response to Slack the moment it arrives. Families are only contacted after a human approves each message, keeping patient communication safe.
- Every completed visit gets a satisfaction survey request without manual coordinator work
- Low-score responses reach the care team the same day for immediate follow-up
- Survey results build a running quality record in Google Sheets for trend reporting
Built for home health quality managers · care coordinators · home health agencies · director of nursing

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send survey texts to patients without a coordinator approving them?
No. Every survey text is drafted and held in Twilio for coordinator review before sending. The coordinator can edit the draft, personalize the message, or cancel it if the timing is not right for a particular patient.
What counts as a low score that triggers a Slack alert?
By default, any response with a satisfaction score of 3 or below on a 5-point scale triggers an immediate Slack alert. You can adjust the threshold to suit your agency's quality standards and escalation policy.
How are survey responses collected and stored?
Patient responses are received via Twilio and logged automatically to the Google Sheet visit log. Each row records the patient initials, visit date, clinician, and score so your quality team has a running record for reporting and trend analysis.
