Automated Home Care Visit Notes Documentation Chaser
Every morning, WebRun opens Aaniie, identifies visits completed in the past 24 hours with missing or incomplete visit notes, logs them in a Slack alert to the supervisor, and drafts a reminder message to each caregiver in Gmail for the supervisor to review and send before the documentation window closes.
How do I automatically chase caregivers for incomplete visit notes before billing deadlines?
Every morning, WebRun scans Aaniie for visits completed in the past 24 hours with missing or incomplete documentation. It posts an internal Slack alert to supervisors and drafts a reminder email to each caregiver in Gmail. No message reaches a caregiver until the supervisor reviews and approves it.
- Missing visit documentation is caught daily before billing deadlines pass
- Supervisors see a ranked list of caregivers with outstanding notes each morning
- Caregiver reminders are ready to send in one click after supervisor review
Built for home care agencies · home health supervisors · billing coordinators · compliance managers

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it message caregivers about missing notes automatically?
No. Every reminder to a caregiver is drafted in Gmail and held for a supervisor to review before sending. The supervisor decides the right tone and timing before any message goes out.
How far back does it look for incomplete notes?
By default it checks visits completed in the past 24 hours so documentation is chased while the visit is still fresh. The look-back window can be adjusted during setup if your agency has a different documentation deadline policy.
What if the caregiver already submitted the note after the run?
The next morning's run re-reads Aaniie for current status, so caregivers who submitted notes after the last check are automatically skipped and no duplicate reminder is drafted for them.
