Automated Factor Infusion Log Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun opens Cellma, reviews the past week's logged factor infusions for every home-therapy patient, flags anyone who missed a scheduled dose or logged a breakthrough bleed, records an adherence row in Google Sheets, and posts your nurse coordinator a ranked Slack alert.

In short

How do I automatically catch missed factor infusions in home therapy patients?

WebRun opens Cellma every Monday and checks each home-therapy patient's logged factor infusions against their prescribed schedule. It records every missed dose or new breakthrough bleed to a Google Sheet and posts your nurse coordinator a ranked Slack alert, so adherence gaps get a follow-up call before a bleed becomes an emergency.

  • Missed infusions get a follow-up call the same week instead of surfacing at the next visit
  • Nurse coordinators open Slack to a ranked list instead of checking every patient's log by hand
  • Breakthrough bleeds are flagged the moment they are logged, not months later at review

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

    • Leave the follow-up call to the coordinator. Do not contact any patient directly

Done when The nurse coordinator has this week's follow-up list in Slack.

Questions, answered

Does it contact patients directly about a missed infusion?

No. It only alerts your nurse coordinator internally in Slack. Any call to the patient or caregiver is made by your staff, not WebRun.

How does it tell a missed dose from a late log entry?

It compares each patient's logged infusions in Cellma against their prescribed schedule and carries a patient forward if their log is still catching up, so a late entry does not get mislabeled as missed.

What happens to patients who are fully caught up?

They are left off the worklist entirely. Only patients with a gap, a missed dose, or a new bleed note appear in the Slack summary and the tracker sheet.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
