Questions, answered

Does it alert customers or carriers about the delay automatically?

No. Telegram alerts go only to your internal DG ops team. Any customer or carrier communication about a delay is handled by your team after reviewing the alert.

What types of exceptions does it detect?

It detects delays past the scheduled ETA, regulatory or compliance holds, refused delivery flags, and carrier-reported exceptions as they appear in Labelmaster DGIS.

Will I get duplicate alerts if a shipment stays delayed across multiple checks?

No. It only alerts on newly detected exceptions. Once an exception is logged in the Google Sheets tracker, it will not trigger a new alert unless the shipment status changes again.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
