In short

How do I get a daily shortlist of relevant freelance jobs?

WebRun searches Guru every morning for jobs posted since the last run, keeps only those matching your skills and budget floor, and ranks them by fit and freshness. It posts the shortlist to Slack and tags the right specialist in Microsoft Teams, so good work gets quoted while it is still fresh.

  • The best jobs are seen while quote counts are still low
  • Specialists get tagged on work that actually matches their skills
  • Nobody scrolls the job feed manually before the day starts

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

    • Capture the title, the budget or rate, the posting date, the employer, and the number of quotes already submitted
    • Drop anything below your budget floor, outside your skills, or already quoted by your team
    • Score what remains on fit with your skills and how fresh the posting is

Done when Every new matching job is captured and scored for fit.

    • Post today's shortlist to your bidding channel
    • List each job with its budget, its posting age, and how many quotes it already has
    • Put the strongest fits at the top and keep the list short enough to read in a minute
    • Link straight to the posting so anyone can open it
    • Stay silent on days when nothing matched

Done when The bidding channel has today's ranked shortlist.

  4. 3
Microsoft Teams - tag the right specialist
    microsoft.com
WebRun in Microsoft Teams: tag the right specialist
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to tag the right specialist.
    • Open the delivery channel in Microsoft Teams
    • Tag the specialist whose skills match each shortlisted job
    • Include the budget and the deadline so they can judge quickly
    • Leave writing and submitting the quote to that person. WebRun never submits a bid or messages an employer

Done when Every shortlisted job has a named person who saw it.

Questions, answered

Will it submit quotes for me?

No. WebRun finds and ranks the jobs and routes them internally. Writing the proposal, setting the price, and pressing submit stays with your specialist, because a bid is a commitment.

How does it decide what fits?

It uses your saved searches plus the rules you set: skills, budget floor, and location. Anything outside those rules is dropped before it reaches the Slack shortlist.

Will it post something every day?

Only when new matching jobs appeared. On quiet days the channel stays empty, so the shortlist keeps its signal instead of becoming background noise.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
