Automated GoFrugal Supplier Price-Change Alerts

Every morning, WebRun opens GoFrugal, compares the newest supplier rates and incoming purchase orders against your last landed cost, flags every price increase with its size, records each change in Google Sheets, and sends your own purchase team a WhatsApp alert so a hike never slips into your margins unnoticed.

It logs each change to Google Sheets and sends your purchase team a WhatsApp alert, so a quiet price hike never eats your margin before you notice.

Questions, answered

Does WebRun message my suppliers?

No. The WhatsApp alert goes only to your own purchase team, never to the supplier. WebRun never negotiates, queries, or contacts a supplier on its own, so every conversation with them stays yours to start.

Which price changes does it flag?

Any increase between an item's last purchase price and its newest supplier rate or pending PO rate. Each flag shows the old rate, new rate, and percentage jump, so you can push back before you accept the higher cost.

Can I ignore tiny changes?

Yes. Set a threshold, say two percent, and WebRun only flags increases above it, so a small rounding change never buries the hikes that actually hurt your margin.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
