Automated GMX Email Deadline Capture
Every evening, WebRun opens GMX, reads the day's incoming mail for dates, deadlines, and things you agreed to do, records each commitment in an Airtable tracker with its source email, and blocks a private slot in your Google Calendar before the deadline so the work has time booked against it.
How do I stop missing deadlines buried in my email?
WebRun turns email deadlines into booked time. Each evening it reads the day's GMX mail for dates and commitments, logs every one in an Airtable tracker with its sender and due date, and blocks a private Google Calendar slot before the deadline so the work actually gets time.
- Deadlines agreed by email get calendar time the same evening
- Every commitment is tracked with its source email in Airtable
- Nothing is sent to anyone: holds are private and the inbox is untouched

1
GMX - read today's mail for deadlines
WebRun opens GMX to read today's mail for deadlines. - Open GMX and go through mail received today
- Pick out messages containing a date, a deadline, or something you agreed to deliver
- Capture the sender, the subject, the commitment in one line, and the date it is due
- Skip newsletters, receipts, and automated notifications
- Leave every message unread or read exactly as you left it
Done when Every dated commitment in today's mail is captured with its sender and due date.
-
2
Airtable - log each commitment
WebRun opens Airtable to log each commitment. - Open your Airtable commitments tracker
- Add a row per commitment with the sender, the one-line description, the due date, and the email subject
- Mark whether it is something you owe someone or something owed to you
- Skip commitments already logged from an earlier thread
Done when Airtable holds one deduplicated row per commitment with its due date.
-
3
Google Calendar - block time before the deadline
WebRun opens Google Calendar to block time before the deadline. - Open Google Calendar and find a free slot before each due date
- Create a private hold named after the commitment with the sender in the notes
- Add no guests, so no invitation is sent to anyone

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to my email?
No. WebRun reads your GMX inbox and writes nothing back. It never replies, forwards, deletes, or archives a message, so your inbox looks exactly as you left it apart from the commitments now tracked.
Does anyone get a calendar invitation?
No. Every calendar entry is a private hold on your own Google Calendar with no guests attached, so nobody outside your account is notified and no invitation email is sent.
What if it captures something that is not really a commitment?
Delete the Airtable row and the hold, and it will not come back. WebRun checks existing rows and calendar events each night, so a removed item is not recreated on the next run.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
