Does it decide a resident's milestone rating?
No. WebRun only reads the ratings faculty and the committee already entered in MedHub. It never assigns or changes a milestone score itself.
How does it decide which residents to flag?
It flags any resident whose sub-competency rating dropped from the prior period or has stayed below the expected level for two review periods running, so the committee's time goes to the cases that need discussion.
Is the packet ready to send to the full committee automatically?
It's left as a draft in Google Docs for the program director to review and finalize before it's circulated, so nothing about a resident's performance goes out unreviewed.
