In short

How do I automatically request Google reviews from garage door customers after each job?

Every night, WebRun checks ServiceTitan for garage door jobs completed and paid that day, drafts a personalized Google review request email in Gmail for each eligible customer, and sends your manager a Telegram alert to approve the drafts. Customers with a recent request or an open balance are skipped automatically.

  • Every completed, paid job gets a review request queued same night
  • No customer is asked for a review more than once per quarter
  • Customers with open balances are never contacted for reviews

Built for garage door companies · home service business owners · operations managers

Questions, answered

Will it send review requests to customers automatically?

No. Every review request is saved as a Gmail draft. Your manager reviews and approves each one in Gmail before it reaches any customer.

How does it avoid bothering customers who were already asked?

WebRun tracks the last review request date per customer and enforces a 90-day cooldown, so the same customer is never asked twice in the same quarter.

What if a job was completed but the invoice is still unpaid?

Customers with an outstanding balance are skipped. WebRun only queues review requests for jobs that are fully paid, so no request goes to a customer mid-dispute.

Put this on autopilot.
