Questions, answered
Does the digest include jobs that are completed but not yet invoiced?
The digest focuses on invoiced revenue to give you the most accurate close figure. Completed but uninvoiced jobs are counted separately so you know what revenue is still pending.
Can multiple managers receive the digest?
Yes. During setup you add whoever should be in the Telegram group. The same digest goes to all recipients simultaneously each evening.
What if a job is invoiced after 6:00 PM?
Late invoices after the run time are picked up in the next day's digest. For businesses with late invoicing, you can shift the run time to 8:00 PM during setup.
