Automated ServiceTitan Parts Reorder Alerts

Every morning, WebRun checks ServiceTitan inventory for garage door parts with stock at or below your reorder point, logs each low-stock item to a Google Sheets reorder tracker, and posts an alert to your team in Slack so parts are ordered before technicians run short in the field.

In short

How do I get automatic alerts when garage door parts need to be reordered?

Every morning, WebRun checks ServiceTitan inventory for garage door parts at or below your configured reorder point, logs each low-stock item to a Google Sheets tracker, and posts a prioritized alert to your operations team in Slack. Parts with zero stock appear at the top so your team can order the most urgent items first.

  • Low-stock parts are flagged every morning before technicians head to jobs
  • Zero-stock parts appear at the top of the alert for immediate action
  • Restocked parts are cleared from the tracker automatically

Questions, answered

Will it automatically place parts orders with your supplier?

No. WebRun alerts your team and logs the low-stock items, but placing the actual purchase order with a supplier is always a human action. This keeps spend decisions in your hands.

How do I set the reorder threshold for each part?

You configure minimum stock levels in ServiceTitan's pricebook or inventory settings during setup. WebRun reads those thresholds and uses them on every run.

What if a part reaches zero stock mid-day after the morning run?

The check runs every morning, so intra-day stockouts will be caught the following morning. For critical parts, you can configure the schedule to run twice daily during setup.

Put this on autopilot.
