Automated Front Reply Drafting
Through the working day, WebRun opens your Front shared inbox, reads conversations still waiting on a reply, matches each to your saved answers for common questions, writes a reply draft in the conversation and leaves it unsent, posts the review queue to Slack, and sends managers a Telegram count of what is drafted and what still needs a human answer.
How can I have replies drafted for my shared inbox before I open it?
WebRun keeps your Front inbox ready to answer. Through the day it reads conversations still waiting on a reply, matches each to your saved answers, writes an unsent draft inside the conversation, posts the review queue to Slack, and sends managers a Telegram count of drafted and unanswered threads.
- Common questions arrive already drafted, never already sent
- Unusual questions are flagged for a human instead of guessed at
- Managers see the queue moving without opening the inbox

1
Front - draft replies to common questions
WebRun opens Front to draft replies to common questions. - Open your Front shared inbox and list conversations still waiting on a first reply
- Match each one to your saved answers and prior threads on the same question
- Write a reply draft inside the conversation and leave it unsent. Mark anything with no confident match as needing a human
Done when Every matched conversation carries an unsent reply draft and the rest are marked for a human.
-
2
Slack - post the review queue
WebRun opens Slack to post the review queue. - Post the review queue to your support Slack channel
- List each drafted conversation with the sender, the question, and the Front link
- Put conversations with no draft, and anything that reads as urgent or unhappy, at the top
Done when The support channel has the current review queue with links.
-
3
Telegram - send managers the counts
WebRun opens Telegram to send managers the counts. - Send managers a short Telegram message with the number drafted, the number awaiting a human, and the oldest waiting conversation
- Show how the queue moved since the previous run
- Keep it internal to your team. WebRun never messages the customer
Done when Managers have the current queue counts in Telegram.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send replies to customers on its own?
No. Every reply is saved as an unsent draft inside the Front conversation. A teammate opens it, edits if needed, and presses send, so nothing reaches a customer without a human approving the wording.
What if a question has no good saved answer?
WebRun leaves the conversation without a draft and puts it at the top of the Slack queue marked as needing a human, so unusual questions get a real answer instead of a generic one.
Where do the draft answers come from?
From your own saved replies and previous threads on the same question in Front, so the wording matches how your team already answers rather than inventing a new policy.
Put this on autopilot.
