Does it decide which lots to discount or pull from sale?
No. WebRun only ranks and reports the lots with the least shelf life left. Pricing, discounting, or pulling stock stays a decision for your sales and warehouse team.
How is shelf life calculated?
It takes each lot's pack date from Silo and subtracts it from the shelf-life-day rule you set per commodity, so a 7 day salad mix and a 21 day whole cabbage are tracked against their own clock.
Does this reach customers directly?
No. The Google Sheet and Slack digest are internal only. WebRun never contacts a customer about aging stock without a person deciding to reach out first.
