Automated DAT Daily Coverage Report
Every morning, WebRun opens DAT One, pulls all active open loads, checks each for carrier assignment status, and posts a prioritized Slack report showing which loads are covered, which are in progress, and which are uncovered and picking up soonest so your team can close the gaps.
How do I get an automatic daily load coverage report from DAT?
WebRun opens DAT One every morning and checks every active load for carrier assignment status. It groups loads into covered, in progress, and uncovered, then posts a prioritized Slack report with uncovered loads sorted by pickup time so your team can close gaps before they become a problem, with no manual tally required.
- Team sees uncovered loads ranked by pickup urgency every morning
- No load slips to pickup without a carrier assignment being noticed
- Coverage gaps closed in the morning before they become a crisis

Questions, answered
How does it define covered versus uncovered?
Covered means a carrier is assigned and a signed rate confirmation is on file in DAT One. In progress means a carrier has been contacted but no confirmation is uploaded yet. Uncovered means no carrier contact at all.
Can it run more than once a day?
Yes. You can configure it to run at 7 AM and again at noon to catch any loads that came in or lost coverage during the morning. Each run posts a fresh report to Slack.
Does it show the customer or just internal load details?
The Slack report is an internal digest showing load ID, lane, equipment type, and pickup window. No customer names or rates are included in the Slack post unless you configure them.
