It flags carriers expiring within 30 days by default. You can adjust the threshold to 14 or 60 days depending on how much lead time your team needs to obtain updated certificates.
Does it contact the carrier directly?
No. WebRun posts an internal Slack alert for your team to act on. Any outreach to the carrier is handled by your staff, keeping you in control of those relationships.
What if a carrier renews their insurance before the alert runs?
WebRun reads live insurance data from DAT One each Monday, so carriers who have already updated their certificate on file will not appear in the alert list.
