No. WebRun reads your bid history and reports on it. Placing a bid, withdrawing one, or upgrading a membership plan stays entirely with you, because each one spends real credits or money.

No. The Gmail step writes a planning note to yourself and leaves it as a draft. No client on Freelancer.com is contacted from this workflow.
How does it work out win rate?
It counts bids placed against projects awarded within each project type and budget band, so a category where ten credits produce one win is visibly different from one where two do.
