Automated Stall Lease Renewal Tracking

Every morning, WebRun opens Hallpass, reads each stall's lease start, renewal, and expiry dates, makes sure a reminder sits on your Google Calendar ahead of every key date, and posts a Slack heads-up of the leases renewing or expiring in the next window, so no renewal or notice deadline slips by.

In short

How do I automatically track food hall stall lease renewals and expiry dates?

Every morning, WebRun reads each stall's lease start, renewal, and expiry dates in Hallpass, makes sure a reminder sits on your Google Calendar ahead of every deadline, and posts a Slack list of the leases coming due in your chosen window. No renewal or notice date slips by, and you handle each conversation yourself.

  • No renewal or notice deadline is missed across the hall
  • Every key lease date carries a calendar reminder before it arrives
  • Upcoming renewals surface in Slack in your chosen look-ahead window

Built for food hall operators · market hall managers · commercial leasing managers · multi-vendor venue owners

What does WebRun do on every run?

Questions, answered

Does it contact vendors or agree renewals on its own?

No. WebRun only sets your calendar reminders and posts an internal Slack list. It never messages a vendor or commits to a renewal. You handle every lease conversation yourself.

How far ahead does it warn me?

As far ahead as you choose. Set a look-ahead window, such as 90 days, and WebRun flags any renewal, notice, or expiry date falling inside it, so you never miss a notice deadline.

Will it create duplicate calendar reminders?

No. WebRun checks your Google Calendar first and only adds a reminder where one is missing, so each key lease date has a single reminder rather than repeats every morning.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
