Automatic Flipkart Dispatch Deadline Tracking
Every morning, WebRun opens Flipkart Seller Hub, lists the orders still awaiting dispatch, works out how long each one has left before its deadline, writes the queue into Notion sorted by urgency, and drafts you an email about anything due today.
How do I track Flipkart dispatch deadlines before orders go late?
WebRun watches your Flipkart dispatch deadlines every morning. It opens the seller dashboard, lists every order still awaiting dispatch, and works out how many hours each one has left. It writes the queue into Notion sorted by urgency and drafts your packing team an email, so late dispatch penalties stop happening.
- Orders due today are named before the packing shift starts
- Overdue orders surface at the top instead of being discovered later
- The whole pending queue lives in Notion instead of a browser tab

Questions, answered
Will it message buyers or cancel orders?
No. WebRun never contacts a buyer and never changes an order. It reads the order list, writes an internal Notion queue, and leaves the team email in Drafts for you to send.
Does it mark orders as dispatched?
No. Dispatching, label generation, and handover stay entirely manual. WebRun only reads the live order status each morning so anything you already shipped drops off the queue.
What if an order is already past its deadline?
It gets flagged at the very top of the queue as overdue, with how long it has been late, so you can act on penalties before they accumulate.
