Will it charge a student's card or send a reminder without approval?
No. WebRun drafts the payment reminder in Stripe and posts a Slack alert, but no charge is made and no message reaches the student until a staff member reviews and approves. Nothing financial happens automatically.
What balance level triggers a flag?
The default low-balance threshold is configurable during setup. You set the dollar amount that triggers a flag, such as less than one hour of flight time, so alerts match your school's prepay policy.
What if a student topped up after the last run?
WebRun reads live balances from Talon Systems ETA each morning, so any student who has since added funds will have an updated balance and will not appear in the day's alert.
